1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Liquid Amber Partners LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of SPXtoSPY.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
The Site provides a free, browser-based converter tool that translates between stock-index levels (such as SPX, NDX, DJI, RUT), the corresponding index-futures contracts (ES, NQ, YM, RTY), and the ETFs that track those indices (SPY, QQQ, DIA, IWM), together with editorial articles, guides, and related educational content. Conversion ratios are derived from delayed market data sourced from Yahoo Finance and refreshed hourly on the server. The Site does not display live, real-time quotes and is not a trading platform.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA/UK). By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Ratios shown on the Site are derived from delayed quote data sourced from Yahoo Finance and refreshed hourly. Yahoo Finance data is provided by Yahoo subject to its own terms. Raw prices from retail-tier feeds are not licensed for public rebroadcast; the Site therefore publishes only derived ratios, not live prices. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data shown on the Site, and you agree not to rely on the Site as a source of market data for trading purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, tool code, and design — is owned by or licensed to Liquid Amber Partners LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Ticker symbols (SPX, SPY, ES, NQ, QQQ, and similar) are the property of their respective owners (including S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC, Cboe Global Markets, State Street Global Advisors, and CME Group) and are used on the Site for identification and educational purposes only. You may view and share individual articles for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site to violate any law, including securities laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or the accounts of other users; (c) interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site's infrastructure or the serverless functions it uses to fetch market data; (d) use automated scraping, crawling, or data-mining tools except for well-behaved search-engine crawlers respecting robots.txt; or (e) reproduce or re-host the Site's converter tool or content in a manner that presents it as your own.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate partners, brokers, exchanges, data providers, and reference sources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquid Amber Partners LLC, its members, officers, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on any content — including without limitation trading losses, investment losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this paragraph limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
